Police have laid additional charges against a man allegedly pretending to be a rideshare driver last month in Wollongong, south of Sydney.
Officers will allege a man approached a woman near a licensed premises and claimed his phone app was off-line at about 2.40am on Saturday, October 23.
"It is further alleged the man has then performed an indecent act upon the female who entered the vehicle," NSW Police said.

Police stopped a Honda Accord on Robinson Street and arrested a 34-year-old man at about 9pm on Monday, October 25, following an extensive investigation.
He was charged and remains before the courts.
Police laid two additional charges against the man yesterday, including one count of sexually touching another person without consent.
The man is next due to appear at Wollongong Local Court on November 9.
