Police are investigating a violent brawl outside a pub in Sydney's west which left one man hospitalised and two others injured.
Two groups of men traded blows in the scuffle, after a man had got out of a car to punch another in the head outside the pub in Parramatta, knocking him to the ground.
Security staff from the pub on Parkes Street separated the groups.

Police were called just before 10pm but most men had fled before officers arrived.
A 34-year-old man suffered a cut to the head and was taken to Westmead Hospital in a stable condition.
Two other men, aged 39 and 43, refused medical assistance for minor facial injuries.
A crime scene was established and investigations are continuing.
