A Victorian man has been found guilty of murdering his girlfriend in February of 2018.
The jury today unanimously found Adam Margolis was responsible for the death of Mai-Yia Vang after he fatally strangled her.
He said he was having a PTSD episode when he attacked Ms Vang.

The 41-year-old held his head in his hands upon hearing the verdict.
He had to be comforted by a prison guard.
He will next face court on April 23.
