A young boy has been struck and killed by a car near a playground in Sydney's Inner West.
The boy was struck about 8.15am this morning on Glebe Street in Glebe and died at the scene.
The driver is undergoing mandatory testing in hospital.
A crime scene has been established and an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the crash is underway.
