A driver has been charged after a man was allegedly hit by a truck and killed on Sydney's North Shore.
Emergency services were called to Fullers Road at the intersection of Park Avenue in Chatswood, following reports a man had been hit by a truck at 4.30pm yesterday.
Police said a white Mitsubishi rigid truck driven by a 32-year-old man, and a Ford Focus driven by a 57-year-old man, turned right into Fullers Road, where both drivers "became involved in an argument".

It is alleged the driver of the Ford exited his vehicle and approached the truck, grabbing onto the front passenger side while the truck attempted to drive away.
Police said the man lost his grip and was struck by the truck.
NSW Ambulance paramedics treated the man but he died at the scene.
The truck driver, who was uninjured, was taken to Royal North Shore Hospital for mandatory testing.

Police said he was released from hospital and taken to Chatswood Police Station where he was charged with negligent driving occasioning death and driving recklessly/furiously or at speed/in a dangerous manner.
The North Strathfield man was refused bail and is due to appear in Hornsby Local Court today.
