Australian Parliament House closed after positive COVID-19 case

The federal Greens leader Adam Bandt and his team are in isolation this morning after a staff member tested positive to COVID-19.

The person was in Canberra during the last sitting week and now is working with ACT Health to determine if they were infectious while in the Australian Capital Territory.

The case was identified as being in the building between November 30 and December 2.

The Australian Parliament House.

Parliament House is closed to the public until further notice.

Anyone who attended during this time is asked to get tested if displaying even mild symptoms.
