Homicide Squad detectives in Victoria are investigating the death of a man, who was found in St Kilda on Wednesday with life threatening injuries.
The 24-year-old Brunswick East man was located near Jacka Boulevard just after 11pm and was taken to hospital in a critical condition.
He later died in hospital.

The exact circumstances surrounding the man's death are yet to be determined, and no arrests have been made.
