Police are searching for two men after a man was allegedly bashed during a trip to a Melbourne dog park.
A 47-year-old man was at a dog park near St Kilda Peanut Farm, just off Acland Street, on September 15 with his dog, when a dispute erupted between him and a woman about her dog's behaviour about 4.30pm.
The woman made a phone call and soon after two men inside a blue Holden Commodore pulled up to the man.

The man fled the park, carrying his dog, and went up Blessington Street.
The car followed him and the two men got out and ran towards the man at the intersection of Barkly Street.
The victim, from Elwood, was allegedly thrown to the ground, with one of the men allegedly punching his head into the concrete several times, while the other allegedly repeatedly kicked him in the ribs and stomach.
He was taken to hospital with a suspected concussion and broken ribs.

The dog was also hit but escaped uninjured.
The men got back into the car with the woman from the dog park and drove away.
Police have released an image of two men they believe may be able to assist with their enquiries.
