More mental health support has been announced by ACT Chief Minister Andrew Barr today.
Short-term funding will be given to community programs, financial services, young people with moderate to severe mental illness, people affected by eating disorders, and First Nations people, asylum seekers and refugees.
Longer-term funding will go to face-to-face and digital mental health services for young people, support for parents, a needle and syringe program, and alcohol and drug rehabilitation.
