Victoria has recorded six new COVID-19 infections today after more than 27,000 people came forward for testing.
Three of the cases, including one which was reported yesterday, remain under investigation.
Two schools in Victoria remain closed today as Melbourne tries to squash the outbreak.

Almost 2500 students and staff from, Al-Taqwa College, an Islamic primary and secondary school in Truganina outside of Melbourne, are in isolation after a teacher tested positive yesterday.
It is understood the teacher may have been infectious while at the school last Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
The school has now been declared a Tier 1 exposure site and will be closed for 14 days with all staff and students now requiring immediate testing.

A designated testing lane was set up at Melbourne Showgrounds yesterday.
A second school, Ilim College, in Melbourne's north, last night announced it would close its three campuses from Thursday.
A Facebook post from the school said the closure was a "precautionary measure" and no positive cases had been detected inside the school community.

"We must reiterate that Ilim College has not had any positive COVID results from this outbreak.
The school is expected to provide further updates to parents and students today.
Meanwhile the Western Region Football League confirmed a local player has returned a positive coronavirus test.
"The WRFL has been made aware that a player from the Newport Football Club (seniors) has reportedly tested positive to COVID-19 on Wednesday 4 August," a statement read.

"The player began to feel unwell this week and did not attend club training on Tuesday, and was confirmed as having COVID-19 on Wednesday.
On learning of the positive case, Newport Football Club immediately advised all players & officials to get tested and isolate until further notice."
Testing Commander Jeroen Weimar has warned the community the latest Delta cluster has not been fully contained.
"These outbreaks are not over until we've got everybody cleared, until all remaining leads have been closed down, all exposure sites released," he said.
