Parents and carers of school children in New South Wales are eagerly awaiting news of when students can return to classrooms, expected to be detailed later this morning.
The revelation comes amid reports the NSW Government is looking at trialling the reopening of one-on-one industries, such as hairdressing, for those who are fully vaccinated in the coming weeks.
Premier Gladys Berejikilian says she will reveal details about face-to-face learning today, with the return of students widely believed to be a staggered approach.

The plan could see kindergarten, years one, two and 11 students returning first followed by those in year six.
News on how the Year 12 HSC examinations will proceed will also be detailed.
After yesterday announcing a slight easing of restrictions starting from September 13, the Premier is reportedly considering a plan to allow some industries to resume in the coming weeks in a trial run.
The small-scale trials could see fully vaccinated hairdressers welcome back patrons – who will also need to be fully vaccinated – in preparation for a wider easing of restrictions in late October.

The government is said to be looking at a reopening date of October 18, the Sydney Morning Herald reports.
That is when the state should reach vaccination rates of 70 per cent.
Yesterday NSW recorded 1029 cases, breaking a new record for the pandemic.
Meanwhile, a plan to vaccinate 12-to-15-year-olds across the country is expected to be unveiled after today's National Cabinet meeting of state and territory leaders.
Children in that age group could soon receive the Pfizer jab at GP clinic, pharmacies and vaccination hubs and then at schools from term 4.
The Prime Minister is likely to pressure state and territory leaders to stick to the nation's reopening plan, using updated modelling to make his case.

The new modelling from the Doherty Institute shows no material difference between reopening the country with cases in their tens, hundreds or thousands.
Mr Morrison is urging leaders to stick to their word on reopening borders and relaxing restrictions once 70 and 80 per cent of the population is vaccinated.
Tying certain freedoms to a vaccine passport will also be up for discussion at today's National Cabinet meeting.
