Victoria has recorded 11 new cases of locally-acquired COVID-19, all of whom were in quarantine for their entire infectious period.
In the past 24 hours to midnight, state health authorities also identified one new case of the virus in hotel quarantine in an overseas traveller.
More than 32,000 were tested and more than 17,000 doses of a COVID-19 vaccine were administered.
All of the 11 new cases are linked to current outbreaks.

No official decision has been made by authorities on whether the lockdown will be extended.
Under the current health orders, Victorians can only leave their home for five essential reasons and shopping and exercise is restricted to a five-kilometre radius around a person's home.
Face masks are mandatory at all indoor areas outside of a person's own home.
