Optus users have reported an outage of mobile and WiFi services.
Optus confirmed it was aware of an outage and told users an update would be provided shortly.
"We are aiming to restore these services as a priority," Optus tweeted.
The majority of complaints appear to be coming from users in Sydney and Adelaide.
