NSW Agriculture Minister Adam Marshall has tested positive to COVID-19 and three other Nationals MPs have been forced to isolate after attending an exposure site.
Mr Marshall was one of the four ministers told to self-isolate after dining in a Paddington restaurant, which was listed as a venue of concern.
The agriculture minister dined with Nationals MPs Ben Franklin, Trevor Khan and Steph Cooke at Christo's Pizzeria eatery on Monday.
He returned a positive test result this morning and is currently asymptomatic.

NSW Health informed him via text message late on Tuesday night that he attended a "close contact venue" on Monday evening and needed to get tested.
Mr Marshall said he was "doing fine" and would continue to follow health advice.
"To everyone who has contacted me this morning, thank you for your thoughts and well wishes - I'm doing fine and will continue to strictly follow the advice of health authorities," he said.
"To our wonderful NSW Health staff, who continue to do an amazing job in these challenging times, thank you for your support and efforts keeping all of us safe and well."
Parliament whips have sent notes to members telling them not to bring in staff due to the positive case and other MPs in isolation.
Both houses will still sit today, however numbers and time in parliament will be cut to a minimum.
Health Minister Brad Hazzard is also in isolation, awaiting his coronavirus test results.
"I woke up this morning to a message from NSW Health advising me that I may be a close contact of a possible positive case," Mr Hazzard told Today.
Mr Hazzard - who was at the official coronavirus briefing yesterday - said he is waiting on further health advice to determine what he can and can't do.

Mr Hazzard's NSW COVID-19 update will still go ahead at 11am.
"I certainly expect the Premier will be doing it if I am not able to do it at that stage," Mr Hazzard said.
"We can expect more numbers but I don't think they will be dramatic but we will see how it plays out today.
"I think the community is doing what we asked them to do."

The Minister for Health's isolation comes as Sydney wakes up to new restrictions in response to growing COVID-19 case numbers.
Mr Hazzard said he was "quite confident" NSW would have a "proportionate response" to the current COVID-19 outbreak.
"I feel confident that we will continue to manage it carefully," Mr Hazzard said.
"The restrictions that were put in place are proportionate, they are sensible.
"But certainly we have never, ever before said wear masks basically everywhere except your home."
