A Melbourne cafe shouted free coffees and food to Victorians enduring their fourth lockdown yesterday thanks to a generous donation by a Tasmanian business owner.
The anonymous businesswoman called Light Years Cafe in Hawthorn East to donate $100 to the cafe as a show of support.
Cafe manager Sharon told 9news.com.au the kind gesture came out of the blue.

"It was out of nowhere - she just wanted to donate $100," she said.
"It was definitely a generous gesture because they are all the way in Tasmania and we are in Victoria."
