A man is being treated by paramedics after he was cut in the neck with a chainsaw in Sydney's south.
Ambulance crews were called to Canonbury Grove in Bexley North just after 9am to reports a man had been injured by a chainsaw.

It is understood the man's chainsaw had kicked back, striking him in the neck.
The 32-year-old victim was working with a group of people to cut down a tree.
The man has injured his neck and arm and is being treated at the scene.
He is in a stable but serious condition.
