A mum from Sydney's southwest has come forward as last night's Powerball winner, revealing a psychic predicted she'd win the life-changing lottery.
The Carnes Hill woman is now $9 million richer after finally checking her unregistered ticket with lottery officials.
"I saw on Facebook that someone had won almost $10 million - Then I looked a little closer at the post and realised that the ticket was purchased from the same place that I had bought mine," the ecstatic woman said.

"I was like 'Oh my god. Oh my god!'"
The woman explained her mum spoke with a psychic recently who said someone in her family would win big in the lottery.
"I guess she was right!" she said.
The woman said she bought the ticket with $13 she had won on a previous ticket.
"Just yesterday my sister and I were discussing what we'd do if we won the lottery, agreeing that we'd buy each other a new car and pay off each other's mortgages. I suppose that's happening now!" she said.
Lotto officials sent a call out earlier for the winner, after revealing the ticket wasn't registered.
The winning ticket was bought at Carnes Hill Newsagent at Carnes Hill Marketplace in Hoxton Park.
Newsagent owner Yiu Ho said he hoped the winner came back to check the ticket with him.
"We are so happy to have sold this winning entry," he told The Lott.
"This is certainly the biggest division one winning ticket we've sold here."
Mr Ho said he was asking every customer who walks in to check their Powerball tickets.
The winning numbers were 5, 12, 10, 6, 2, 24 and 25 with the all-important Powerball number 20.
