The mother of a toddler who tested positive for coronavirus in Auckland, has herself contracted the virus.
The young girl and her father had previously tested positive after leaving the city's Pullman Hotel quarantine facility in January, stuff.co.nz reported.
Investigations are continuing to find the source of the transmission.

New Zealand director general of health Dr Ashley Bloomfield said he was confident the mother had been in isolation before testing positive.
Six other cases in managed quarantine, imported from overseas, were detected today, compared to three yesterday.
New Zealand yesterday approved the use of the two-shot Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine, which should be rolled out in the country by the end of March.
