Teen murderers in Victoria could have criminal records wiped clean

Victoria's youngest offenders, including those convicted of murder, could have their records wiped clean as part of controversial proposed new laws.

Also mooted are adults who have been sentenced to less than 30 months in jail, who could have their records wiped.

Some victims of crime claim the new law is unfair, that it does not deliver justice and favours criminals.
