Queensland's recently reopened border with New South Wales will stay open, despite a Sydney hotel worker testing positive to coronavirus.
The woman, who worked at two CBD hotels, returned a positive result overnight.
The new case is the first incident of possible community transmission in NSW in 25 days.

Queensland Health Minister Yvette D'Ath said she had spoken with her counterpart in NSW this morning.
"The government is keeping a close eye on what is happening in Sydney," she told Queensland's Parliament.
"We are aware that (the tests for) five immediate family members of the person who tested positive have all come back negative and they are now in quarantine.
"That is a good, positive sign, going forward.
"At this point, there are no proposed changes to any of the restrictions in Queensland."
The woman is from Minto, about 40km south-west of Sydney, and contact tracing is now underway.
One new COVID-19 case was recorded in Queensland overnight.
It was acquired overseas and detected in hotel quarantine.
