The jury in the trial of a Sydney swim coach charged with assaulting students has been discharged.
Kyle Daniels, 21, was facing a trial in the NSW District Court on 26 charges relating to a number of alleged victims.
On Thursday, Mr Daniels was found not guilty on five charges relating to one of the girls who alleged he had assaulted her.
Today the jury was discharged after being unable to reach a verdict on the remaining 21 charges.
