A huge search is ongoing after a beloved grandmother disappeared in Victoria.
About 100 emergency service workers were combing the Warburton area east of Melbourne today, in search of Susan Shaw.
She was last seen at about 1.30am on Friday, when police spotted her out for a walk.
Today, mounted police scoured parts of Yarra Ranges National Park, while police on dirt bikes and the SES lined the Mount Donna Buang road.
The terrain is dense and steep, and volunteers are having to take extra care in the wet conditions.
Ms Shaw's son, Kane Cashmore, is terrified for her safety.
"She's usually a really social person, but she's cut herself off from a lot of friends lately," he said.
"If she hadn't been drinking water, I don't know what, heat exhaustion — I don't know what she'd end up doing."
Tonight will mark four nights since Ms Shaw's disappearance.
Temperatures at Warburton have been particularly cold, creating more cause for concern for her family.
Rescue crews will continue their search tomorrow morning.
The public is being urged to keep an eye out for Ms Shaw, who was last seen wearing a green cardigan, jeans, and bright pink boots.
