An Irish national accused of a violent one-punch attack and an unrelated stabbing has been found after three weeks on the run.
The 29-year-old man was arrested at an office on George Street in Parramatta about 1pm yesterday.
Police had issued a public appeal to the community last month over the man, who was wanted on two outstanding warrants.
He was taken to Parramatta Police Station and charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm and wounding a person with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.
The man has been refused police bail and will appear at Parramatta Local Court today.
