As many as 24 people have been shot dead at drug rehabilitation centre in Mexico, local media has reported.
Newspaper El Universal is reporting that around 6pm local time in Guanajuato an armed group of men arrived at the clinic and began opening fire on its residents.
Police are currently on scene, with preliminary reports indicating 24 people have died and seven more have been injured.
