Two men have been charged over the death of 36-year-old man in the Northern Territory, which police have deemed a murder.
The victim died in Alice Springs in the early hours of Friday.
A 39-year-old man has been charged with murder while a 40-year-old man has been charged with being accessory after the fact to murder and incitement to commit a crime.
Both have also been charged with engaging in violent conduct.
They have been remanded in custody to appear before Alice Springs Local Court on Tuesday.
